The era2 can be used on top, underneath or at the side (2-part). It is larger than the era1 and can therefore cover higher requirements on the coupling. The contact equipment is generally customer-specific and can, in principle, be put together from our entire contract program. The connection line to the vehicle is made up of individual conductors and is led through a protective tube (hand plug optional). The coupling corresponds to the usual railway standards in terms of mechanical, electrical, safety, environmental and fire protection requirements.
